What you do for PSOW: I am the PSOW Patriarch. I have been with the school since the very beginning in 1988. In the Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Trainer course I help students identify and understand how to approach their future customers. In both the Protocol Officer Training and Advanced International Protocol Course I present the topics in my book (Honor & Respect: The Official Guide to Names, Titles, and Forms of Address) and whatever other topics I get an opportunity to teach: official gifts, flags, history of protocol, and cross-cultural communication.
Mantra: Exploring is more interesting than revisiting.
