Thank you for believing in the Next Generation. We knew you cared enough to learn more!
Did you know 100% of employers consider Professionalism an essential competency,?
Employers will expect the Next Generation to be "workforce ready" with technical skills AND professionalism. Sure, they need to know how to get the job. More importantly, they need to know how to keep it and get promoted to build a career in our intercultural world. Are you someone interested in sharing your knowledge of these skills with the Next Generation of Professionals?
The Protocol School of Washington (PSOW) is preparing staff and faculty at institutions of higher education as in-house trainers, coaches and advisors in the skills required to be a professional. Graduates of our 5-day Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Trainer Course are using PSOW materials to prepare the Next Generation through workshops on soft skills, networking, interviewing, business attire, dining etiquette, appropriate use of social media and cultural sensitivity. This material is delivered in an edu-taining manner and through practice.
