The course's different name reflects the preference of U.S. graduates to be trained as protocol officers and those outside the U.S. to be trained as protocol managers. This five-day comprehensive training provides expert instruction, guided exercises and coaching that provides a thorough foundation in the fundamentals of operational protocol.

Attendance/Grading: A 90% attendance rate is required of all participants. This course is strictly Pass/Fail. Course facilitators will observe and evaluate your participation to determine if you understand the material and if you pass or fail the course.
