The online International Protocol Manager Training (IPMT) Certificate Program -- offered under the joint patronage of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs - Abu Dhabi and the Protocol Department – Dubai -- consists of nine modules. This program is ideal for professionals who require competency in operational protocol. Attendees will learn the current tools, methods, and processes for orchestrating events where international order of precedence, customs, and cultural differences are critical. Sessions are devoted to individual protocol topics, with emphasis on universally accepted practices for ofﬁcial and social customs and courtesies, and rights and dignities of individuals, groups of people, and nations.
