Annette Y. Harris is a dynamic trainer with more than a decade of experience delivering high-impact corporate training, executive coaching, and keynotes. Annette’s passion lies in helping high potential professionals get noticed and get ahead. She specialized in leadership development, personal branding, executive presence, and strategic style.

In addition to coaching individuals one-on-one, Annette facilitates dynamic corporate and group workshops and training sessions. Her corporate clients include well-known organizations such as Merck, Project Management Institute, Deloitte & Touché, Freddie Mac, Viking Cruises, Marriott, TIAA, Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and National Black MBA Association, just to name a few.

Annette earned her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, her MBA from George Mason University, and was later certified by the leading accreditation organizations in her field, the Association of Image Consultants International and the Protocol School of Washington. Annette also studied under famed stylist Stacy London (of TLC’s hit television show What Not to Wear) and was hand-selected to join her acclaimed Style for Hire network. Annette is certified a Certified Coach and a 360Reach Personal Brand and Social Brand Analyst. Prior to launching her own company, ShowUp!, Annette spent 18 years in marketing and proposal management for both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses—focused on masterfully leading teams in alignment with key company initiatives.
