Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET)

The Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET.org) was founded in 1974 for the purpose of improving continuing education and training and has been officially recognized by the U.S. Department of Education since 1978 as a "reliable authority" as to the quality of education and training provided by the institutions we accredit.

As an accredited institution, we continue to review, monitor, and revise our curriculum, instructional delivery, and facilitators in order to ensure the highest quality education and training. Complaint Policy available here.


American University of Sharjah

One of the world's top 500 universities and PSOW signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which outlines future collaboration in various areas of mutual benefit. This partnership encompasses a wide range of endeavors and will also offer alumni, graduating seniors, post-graduate students, leadership program students and executives within the community at-large, opportunities to attend a workshop to be offered twice a year at AUS. The focus is on internationally-accepted standards and skills that will enhance career and professional expertise.


Certified Women Owned Small Business

The Protocol School of Washington received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Greater Women’s Business Council, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC’s national standard of certification is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women. The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council is the nation’s largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the United States. WBENC is a resource for the more than 700 US companies and government agencies that rely on WBENC’s certification as an integral part of their supplier diversity programs.

Crown Prince Court

The Protocol School of Washington and the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi entered into an Educational Alliance Agreement from 2011 to 2019 in relation to the Sponsorship of our “International Protocol Manager Training” Educational Initiative. With the establishment of the Presidential Protocol Office at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA), the agreement has transferred to MOPA.


Dubai Women Establishment

Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and The Protocol School of Washington (PSOW) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with a view to establishing programs that support and develop the vocational skills of women leaders, helping them to hone their capabilities and achieve greater personal and professional development.


Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA)

The Protocol School of Washington and the Ministry of Presidential Affairs - Abu Dhabi, UAE have an Educational Alliance Agreement in relation to the Sponsorship of our “International Protocol Manager Training” Educational Initiative.


Protocol Department - Dubai

The Protocol School of Washington and the Protocol Department-Dubai, UAE entered into an Educational Alliance Agreement in July 2009 in relation to the Sponsorship of our “International Protocol Manager Training” Educational Initiative.


State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV)

The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) is the Commonwealth's coordinating body for higher education. SCHEV was established by the Governor and General Assembly in 1956. Then as now, their mission, is "to promote the development of an educationally and economically sound, vigorous, progressive, and coordinated system of higher education" in Virginia.
