Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Trainer is a comprehensive five-day program providing expert, interactive instruction preparing participants to train others on intercultural etiquette, business protocol, executive entertaining, professional image and cultural awareness in both a face-to-face classroom, and live on-line Instructor-Led Distance Learning formats. In today’s fast-paced world, there is an unprecedented demand for expert training and guidance in etiquette and protocol.
A 90% attendance rate is required of all participants. This course is strictly Pass/Fail. The Training Manager, in conjunction with the course facilitators, will observe and evaluate your participation to determine if you understand the material and if you pass or fail the course.
Classes and all materials are presented in English. To ensure the best student experience, English language proficiency and basic computer skills are required.
PSOW's course includes 8 hours of on-demand mandatory pre-work and is delivered using the Brightspace Learning Management System. No software purchase is necessary. Students will be invited from PSOW's account. Technical Requirements are as follows:
