Course Description

Measure of Performance

A 90% attendance rate is required of all participants. This course is strictly Pass/Fail. The Training Manager, in conjunction with the course facilitators, will observe and evaluate your participation to determine if you understand the material and if you pass or fail the course.

Course Requirements

Classes are presented in English. To ensure the best student experience, English language proficiency and basic computer skills are required.

PSOW's hybrid course includes approximately 8 hours of on-demand pre-work and is delivered using the Brightspace Learning Management System. No software purchase is necessary. Students will be invited from PSOW's account. Technical Requirements are as follows:

  • a computer (desktop or laptop), tablet, or mobile device.
  • an internet connection - broadband wired, wireless, or mobile (3G or 4G/LTE).
  • speakers - built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth.
  • supported web-browsers are: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Internet Explorer is no longer supported.
