During this module, students will learn to identify the four factors that drive protocol success; be able to define and understand “The Balanced Scorecard” methodology; identify the business components that result in positive financial results; provide examples of a “perfect protocol experience”; identify the two types of protocol excellence; define legendary service and the methods of delivery; demonstrate ways to deliver protocol excellence using people, place and process; and explain the role of consistency in protocol success.
A 90% attendance rate is required of all participants and a 70% or above on all post-module quizzes. This course is strictly Pass/Fail. The Training Manager, in conjunction with the course facilitators, will observe and evaluate your participation, along with your quiz grades, to determine if you understand the material and if you pass or fail the course.
Classes and all materials are presented in English. To ensure the best student experience, English language proficiency and basic computer skills are required.
